She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Studies and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Mental Health and Wellness, further strengthening her passion for holistic support and healing within underserved communities.

Guided by faith and purpose, her work is rooted in carrying on her mother’s legacy of serving and uplifting underprivileged children. RoVonda brings over 19 years of experience in the health insurance industry, with a professional focus on mental health services and quality improvement. Her work has centered on community-based interventions and expanding access to care for underserved populations.
